She said two periods of wages had gone unpaid and relied on sworn evidence, emails, WhatsApp messages and payslips. The respondent did not attend the hearing, saying it had not been informed in time and had travel commitments. The adjudication officer found reasonable efforts had been made to notify the company and that Ms Jariene had made out her case with her evidence and documents.
