Adjudication Officer Michael McEntee dated the decision 14 January 2025, finding no reasonable cause to extend the six-month referral limit. Thomas said stress and difficulties securing representation had prevented her from filing sooner. The hospital argued the complaint was late and that there was no basis for an extension.
