The WRC found it had no jurisdiction over Mary Fealy’s complaints seeking holiday pay and payment in lieu of notice from Oasis Of Taste Arklow Ltd Oasis Of Taste Food Court. Adjudication Officer Roger McGrath dated the decision 14 January 2025. Fealy said she had not received the payments. The officer found both complaints were lodged outside the statutory time limit, so the allegations were not substantively determined and no award was made.
