The Workplace Relations Commission ordered Amk Hospitality Limited to pay former chef Juan Carlos Guerrero €1,187 after finding his Payment of Wages complaint well founded. The company did not attend the hearing, and the adjudication officer accepted Guerrero’s uncontradicted evidence that the unpaid contractual pay was owed.
