The Workplace Relations Commission found three complaints by former deli assistant Nicole Reekie against Llani Ltd. not well founded. The decision was dated 17 January 2024. Reekie worked for about six weeks in the company’s Cork city convenience store before resigning. She said her final pay arrived later than expected, but acknowledged she had been paid in full. She also alleged discrimination and harassment on the civil status ground. The adjudication officer found she had not established discrimination or harassment on that ground. Her attempt to add race-based allegations at the hearing fell outside the officer’s jurisdiction and was out of time.
