The Workplace Relations Commission dismissed two complaints by Pierce Parker against Fiachra Kealey, trading as University College Dublin Estate Services, on 28 November 2024. Parker alleged race discrimination over being followed on campus and barred from it, and also alleged gender and age discrimination over his interaction with Kealey. The adjudication officer found no evidence that the campus ban was linked to a protected ground and said Parker had provided no reasonable basis for alleging racism. The complaints were dismissed as misconceived, vexatious or made in bad faith. No monetary award was recorded.
