The Workplace Relations Commission ordered Avia Capital Leasing Limited to pay Alexandra Skavronskaja €1,949 for six days of accrued annual leave. The decision was dated 15 April 2024. Skavronskaja said she had taken all her annual leave for 2021 but none between January and April 2022, and was owed a pro-rata entitlement. The company’s records also showed six days had accrued and that €1,949 was due. The adjudicator found she was owed six days’ pay in lieu of annual leave and upheld the Working Time complaint. A separate complaint under the Unfair Dismissals Act was withdrawn by Skavronskaja at the outset of the hearing.
