WRC rejects Amanda Craddock's complaints against Department

The Workplace Relations Commission found Amanda Craddock's unfair dismissal and redundancy complaints against the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage were not well founded. The decision, dated 15 December 2023, said her employment ended by redundancy and the Department was not her employer. Craddock had worked as a legal secretary for the Mahon Tribunal and was paid by Head-Hunt International. She argued that the agency should be responsible for her redundancy entitlement; the decision did not order the agency to pay it.
