WRC dismisses Keith Dunne’s three complaints against DHL Supply Chain

The Workplace Relations Commission found Keith Dunne’s complaints against Dhl Supply Chain (Ireland) Limited not well founded after he did not attend the hearing to give evidence. The decision, dated 28 March 2023, said the complaints could not succeed without his evidence; the merits were not decided. Dunne had alleged disability discrimination, including a failure to provide reasonable accommodation and a reduction in his pay. He also said the company failed to pay what he was contractually owed. The decision dismissed two complaints under the Employment Equality Act and a Payment of Wages Act complaint.
