The Workplace Relations Commission found that Carton Bros Unlimited Company trading as Manor Farm did not discriminate against Snjezana Zgela over English language workplace documents. The decision was dated 8 September 2023. Zgela said she was disadvantaged because company policies and procedures were not provided in Croatian. The WRC found she had not proved personal disadvantage or facts supporting discrimination. Four other complaints, concerning wages and working time, were withdrawn at the hearing.
