The Workplace Relations Commission found three complaints by Gordon Finney against Michael Carroll were not well founded, because Carroll was not Finney’s employer. The decision was dated 19 October 2022. Finney’s complaints concerned unfair dismissal, employment information and minimum notice. At the hearing, he accepted Carroll was not his employer, and Carroll made the same submission. The WRC found Finney was not unfairly dismissed and found the other two complaints not well founded.
