O'Gorman & Company Limited O'Gormans Supervalu not well founded after Sarah Mcardle said she was refused entry to the Market Square Shopping Centre for not wearing a mask. Mcardle said she was exempt from wearing a mask because of a disability and sought reasonable accommodation. The supermarket disputed that she had established a disability and said it offered delivery and car-side shopping as alternatives. The adjudicator found the evidence did not establish that Mcardle had a disability preventing her from wearing a mask on the day. The decision was dated 5 January 2023.
