The decision was dated 23 February 2022. Colman said his pay was reduced while he continued working full hours during the Covid-19 pandemic. The company said it used the Temporary Wage Subsidy Scheme to preserve jobs during an uncertain period. The adjudication officer took into account that Colman had been paid for two weeks when he did not work.
