The Workplace Relations Commission found that Coca-Cola HBC Ireland Limited did not discriminate against Elena Valentina Sadagurschi in complaints about promotion, workplace conditions and equal pay, and found she was not victimised. It also found it had no jurisdiction over her notice-period complaint because it was out of time. The decision was dated 7 June 2023.

Sadagurschi alleged race discrimination in promotion and workplace conditions, unequal pay compared with an Irish colleague, and victimisation after raising grievances. The officer found she had not established discrimination in promotion, team meetings or equal pay, citing objective grounds for the pay difference including grade and exam completion. He also found she had not shown victimisation. The notice-period complaint concerned a 12-week notice period where her grade called for four weeks; the WRC found it was brought outside the six-month limit, so the merits of that complaint were not decided.
