The WRC ordered Bmc Mini Mix Concrete to pay driver Marius Paskocimas €138 net for unpaid holiday pay. Adjudication Officer Breiffni O'Neill dated the decision 16 February 2022. Paskocimas said the company told him he would not receive his outstanding holiday pay because he had not worked his two weeks’ notice. The company said he had received his full entitlement. The officer found Paskocimas was entitled to 6.38 days’ holiday for 16.6 weeks of service but had been paid for only five days. He found the Payment of Wages complaint well founded.
