The Workplace Relations Commission directed Just Wing It Limited DBA Wing it to pay Iago Fassbender €446.98 for unpaid holiday and public holiday pay, and €273 for failing to give one week’s notice. The WRC found that payslips showed he had the required continuous service and that both complaints were well founded.
