The Workplace Relations Commission found Mihaela Osman Bashir was unfairly dismissed by Green Park Nursing Home Ltd and ordered the nursing home to pay her €950. The decision was dated 31 January 2022. The nursing home said Bashir had resigned, but the adjudication officer found she had not resigned and was dismissed. The officer said her concerns were handled by members of the management family and there was no evidence the dismissal followed the disciplinary policy. Bashir had secured other work without loss of earnings.
