The WRC awarded a worker €550.97 for unpaid annual leave and found her entitled to a redundancy payment in a decision dated 29 November 2023. The employer was in liquidation, and the liquidator did not contest her evidence. The WRC found all five complaints well founded. The redundancy payment was based on insurable employment and weekly pay of €175.
