The worker said her employment ended without notice on 19 January 2020. The employer was in liquidation, and the liquidator accepted the losses after investigating her evidence. The WRC found the four complaints well founded and awarded the amounts claimed. Four other complaints under the Transfer of Undertakings Regulations were withdrawn.
