The Workplace Relations Commission found two wage complaints by Niamh O’Brien against Innominato The Head Lice Experts well founded and directed the company to pay her €1,067.47. The decision was dated 26 September 2023.
O’Brien said she was underpaid because her payslips recorded incorrect hours and claimed she was owed payment for missed breaks, unused annual leave and her notice period. The company told the WRC it had been dissolved and did not attend the hearing. The adjudicator treated O’Brien’s evidence as unchallenged and upheld both complaints under the Payment of Wages Act.
