The Workplace Relations Commission found against Angelica Radionova on her Equal Status Act complaint against Evershed Sutherland Solicitors after she did not attend the hearing. The WRC said her failure to attend was unreasonable; the merits were not decided. Adjudication Officer Patsy Doyle dated the decision 12 March 2019.

Radionova alleged discrimination on disability, housing assistance and family grounds, as well as victimisation and denial of reasonable accommodation. The respondent denied providing her with a service.

The WRC found the statutory pre-notification requirements had not been met. It said the March 2018 communication did not satisfy those requirements and that it could not locate an ES1 form or equivalent.
