The Workplace Relations Commission found Angelica Radionova’s Equal Status complaint against the Residential Tenancies Board (RTB) not well founded after she did not attend the hearing; the merits were not decided. Adjudication Officer Patsy Doyle dated the decision 12 March 2019.
Radionova alleged discrimination on disability, race, housing assistance and family grounds, along with victimisation, harassment and denial of reasonable accommodation. The RTB disputed the claims and denied that it had provided her with a service.
The adjudication officer found the statutory pre-notification requirements had not been met. The 15 March 2018 communication did not satisfy them, and no ES1 form or equivalent was located.
