Workplace Relations Commission ·

A WRC adjudication officer rejected a hair stylist’s complaint that she was owed annual leave and public holiday pay, finding she had received the entitlements due for the relevant period. The decision was dated 25 April 2017. The stylist had sought €834.40 from the hair salon. The officer considered the relevant periods to be April to October 2016 for annual leave and June to October 2016 for public holidays. The records showed she had received her entitlements, a fact she accepted at the hearing.
