The adjudicator found that no process or procedure had been followed before the dismissal. The therapist had not received a contract, and the salon could not provide records of her start and finish times or rest breaks. On religious discrimination, the WRC found she had not provided sufficient specific details to establish her claim. The salon said her nail work was too slow and unprofitable, and that she refused an offer to return to sunbed work.
