The Workplace Relations Commission found a complaint by Cornelius O'Donoghue against Clare County Council not well founded in a decision dated 30 April 2025. The complaint alleged discrimination on Traveller community, disability and race grounds, including failure to provide reasonable accommodation, over a request for funding for a portable toilet. The Council said it was not responsible for providing portable toilets and was not the service provider for the funding request. No award was made.
