The Workplace Relations Commission found it had no jurisdiction to hear an assistant manager’s unfair dismissal complaint because it was filed outside the six-month time limit; the merits were not decided. In a decision dated 14 July 2016, the WRC said she had not established reasonable cause to extend the deadline. Her Payment of Wages and Organisation of Working Time complaints were withdrawn.
