Rory Kirwan’s charges struck out after donation; Alex Mooney offered same disposal for public-order pleas

Alex Mooney, 19, of Swords, and Rory Kirwan, 24, of Malahide, pleaded guilty to intoxication and threatening and abusive behaviour at Swords District Court.

Kirwan’s charges were struck out after a €300 donation; Mooney was offered the same disposal if he made the donation.

The case was recorded in July 2014.
