Mohamid Benchouat gets suspended sentence for careless driving causing death

Mohamid Benchouat, 25, pleaded guilty at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court to driving without due care and attention causing a death.

For the offence on the R125 in Swords on 24 June 2018, he received a 12-month prison sentence, suspended in full.
