Keith Johnston had a charge of refurbishing a bathroom to conceal murder evidence withdrawn at the Central Criminal Court, reported on 28 February 2020.

The charge concerned work at Mountainview Park, where the prosecution said Johnston had helped conceal evidence relating to Patricia O’Connor’s murder.

The judge directed that the charge be withdrawn during the fifth week of the trial. Johnston had denied knowing the purpose of tools bought with Kieran Greene and said he had repaired the bathroom because he believed it was damaged.
