This report is a localnews.ie summary based on public court reporting and records; sources are listed below.

Jamie Malone received a three-year prison sentence, suspended in full, after being found with cocaine during a large surveillance operation targeting a suspected drug dealer.

Malone, 23, was not the person the operation was aimed at. He was found with the drugs during surveillance directed at someone else. The suspension meant that the sentence did not require him to serve an immediate prison term.
