Jack Kelleher refused temporary injunction over eviction

Jack Kelleher, 23, a UCC student from Carrigrohane, sought a temporary injunction in the High Court after eviction from his family home.

The judge refused the injunction on 7 February 2018 but allowed short notice of proceedings to be served; the case was due back the following week.
