Marcus Duggan jailed for rape and two indecent assaults

Marcus Duggan, 53, of Blackpool, UK, was convicted after trial of rape and two indecent assaults committed between 1983 and 1991.

The Central Criminal Court sentenced him to five years in prison, with the final year suspended, in 2024.
