David Lee gets suspended sentence for assaulting a garda

David Lee, 30, of Northern Cross, pleaded guilty at Swords District Court to assaulting a garda and using threatening and abusive behaviour.

He received a four-month sentence suspended for one year and a one-year ban from licensed premises in Dublin.

The case was recorded in November 2013.
