Danius Gastilavicius loses cannabis cultivation sentence appeal

Danius Gastilavicius, 44, lost his Court of Appeal challenge to his sentence for cultivating cannabis.

He had pleaded guilty and received five years, with the final year suspended, for offending at an address in Ballymote on 26 March 2020; the court dismissed his appeal.
