Daniel Barrett withdraws appeal against aggravated burglary sentence

Daniel Barrett, 23, withdrew his appeal against an eight-year sentence for aggravated burglary at the Court of Appeal.

He had pleaded guilty at Galway Circuit Criminal Court; the sentence was imposed on 23 November 2016, and he continued serving it.
