Dairy farm expansion with new cubicle shed and expanded milking facilities

Robert English is proposing to expand dairy farm buildings at Clonkeen near Athlone. The plans include extending a milking parlour with a new storage shed, building an 11-bay cubicle shed for cattle, and installing underground slurry storage tanks. He's also seeking to retain permission for roofing that's already been done on open cubicles beside an existing slatted shed.
