Retention of 7 short-term rental apartments plus building changes and new boundary treatment

David Mneimne is seeking permission to keep operating 7 short-term rental apartments (5 one-beds and 2 two-beds) at Grove House Apartments on the Old Galway Road in Athlone. He's also planning to alter the building's exterior and add a new boundary wall with gates for pedestrian and vehicle access.
