Contemporary Music Centre CLG conceded that Farren’s dismissal was unfair and that she had not contributed to it. The Court said the relationship with colleagues was unlikely to be harmonious. It assessed her loss at €101,833 and reduced that figure by 30% for mitigation, citing her limited search for work in music, arts and non-profit sectors despite her broader career experience.
