The Labour Court did not recommend in favour of a worker’s claim to be graded Scientific Officer II Level 4 at the Environmental Protection Agency. The recommendation was signed on 23 December 2020. The worker said she had taken over a retired colleague’s Technician C duties in 2009. The Court found that the 2016 agreement had been implemented: with the union’s agreement, she accepted regrading to Level 5, and the union accepted that she did not perform the full duties and responsibilities of Level 4.
