The Labour Court recommended that Monica Campbell Ltd pay Ms Aoife Taplin €1,000 after finding she had been subjected to bullying and harassment. The recommendation was signed on 4 December 2020.
Taplin, represented by the Independent Workers Union, said the bullying and harassment followed the company’s denial that a business transfer had taken place and led to her leaving her employment. The Court based its recommendation on uncontested examples given.
