The Labour Court recommended no additional payment to a Bus Éireann worker in a dispute over paid hours. The decision was dated 28 February 2020. The worker, represented by the Services Industrial Professional Technical Union, appealed an Adjudication Officer recommendation concerning whether all hours worked had been paid. The Court said there was no proof that he was required to work more than the 34 hours and five minutes for which he was paid each week.
