The Labour Court recommended that Irving Oil Whitegate Refinery Ltd pay a goodwill adjustment to the Variable Cash Incentive Program and make up the pay of Unite members who received increases below 2% in any year from 2014 to 2016. The Court also recommended using the Hay Merit System under the 2000 Pay Agreement for future increases. The recommendation was signed on 31 March 2017.
