The Labour Court upheld a worker's appeal and recommended that South Dublin County Partnership pay her outstanding maternity leave monies. The recommendation was signed on 15 December 2015. The union said her transferred employment terms entitled her to paid maternity leave. Management said the Department of Social Protection had not provided additional funding. The Court found that the entitlement transferred from Dodder Valley Partnership to her new employer in 2013.
