The Labour Court recommended that Dodder Valley Partnership honour its contracts with two workers by making employer contributions to their Job Club Pension Fund. The recommendation was signed on 1 August 2012. PSEU sought restoration of contributions after FAS funding ceased; the Partnership said it lacked funding and did not decide how it was allocated. The Court noted that the employer contribution was set at double the worker contribution, up to 10% of salary, and that FAS had approved funding from 2004 to 2010. It recommended that the parties liaise with the Department of Social Protection to restore the funding needed to meet the obligation.
