The Labour Court recommended that Na Fianna GAA Club pay €1,200 to a worker after finding he was denied fair procedures before his dismissal. The recommendation was signed on 8 June 2010. The Services Industrial Professional Technical Union represented the worker. The Club did not attend the hearing, but wrote that Na Fianna Ce Scheme Limited employed him. The Court said Na Fianna GAA Club had held itself out as his employer and accepted responsibility for the claim.
