The Labour Court recommended that the Show Jumping Association Of Ireland accept its proposed sick-pay scheme and bonus offer, introduce a defined-contribution pension with 5% contributions from both employer and employees, and establish grievance and disciplinary procedures that allow employee representation. The recommendation was dated 26 January 2006. The dispute with Services Industrial Professional Technical Union concerned pay, national increases, sick pay, pensions, union publications and workplace procedures. The Court did not recommend conceding the union-publications claim.
