The Labour Court did not recommend that the South Eastern Health Board concede a home help's claim for expenses incurred in pursuing earlier cases before employment bodies. The recommendation was signed on 11 May 2001. The worker, employed by the Board since 1972, said the expenses amounted to £24,600. The Court said it knew of no precedent for conceding such a claim.
