In 1995, the Labour Court recommended Grade 4 for the Line 1 relief operator, Grade 6 for Line 2 and Grade 4 for Line 3 at C & C Ireland Limited. The recommendation, on the Services Industrial Professional Technical Union's grading claim, was signed on 27 June. The Court said grading had been settled through negotiation and there was no agreed assessment system for the posts.
