In 1994, the Labour Court recommended that a worker’s dismissal by Keypak Limited was not unfair. The Court signed its recommendation on 13 December. The worker said he forced open a locker to get overalls because none had been left for him, and that other workers had done the same. The company said he interfered with another employee’s locker, admitted forcing it open and had an opportunity to explain. The Court did not find in his favour.
