The Labour Court recommended that the Services Industrial Professional Technical Union accept Irish Life’s proposed terms for new Personal Financial Advisers. It also recommended reviewing the terms after three years to assess whether they remained reasonable in light of the company’s strategy and the advisers’ position. The Court also recommended setting up a forum to consider ways to encourage one-person selling. The recommendation was signed on 20 July 1994.
